Biography

Tiia joined Bactolife™ in February 2020.

Tiia has extensive international research experience within protein science and characterization from both the Max Planck Institute, University of Helsinki, and The European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Grenoble. Most recently, Tiia attracted a competitive 2-year fellowship, H. C. Ørsted program COFUND with Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (Horizon-2020) for research within enzyme engineering at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability, Technical University of Denmark.

Tiia is working on assay development and product screening on Bactolife™’s product, Ablacto+, which is supported by a grant from the Danish Ministry of Environment and Food GUDP program.
