Bactolife A/S is pleased to welcome Claudia Lillebjerg Simonsen, who will serve as VP People, Culture & Organization and a member of Bactolife’s leadership team. Claudia will lead the development and execution of Bactolife’s people strategy and play a key role in supporting the company’s global organizational growth.
Claudia brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in global, business-focused HR across both corporate environments and high-growth scale-ups. Claudia has worked with Bactolife for the past two years as an external consultant, and her transition into a full-time leadership role marks an important step in strengthening Bactolife’s organizational capabilities. Her previous roles include leadership positions at knowledge-based companies such as Milestone Systems, Danske Bank, Nokia, Computer Associates, and Borealis, as well as consulting roles with scale-ups like Soundboks, Myver, and Epista.
